Description	U. S. Navy undress Whites Jumper for a third Class Carpenter's Mate worn by David Orne Snow, Jr. while a member of Marblehead's 10th Deck Division a Naval Militia who served on the USS Nebraska during World War I Stenciled on the inside of the collar are the letters "IO. D" which must indicate "Tenth Deck" and below that the numbers "46" which may indicate the owner. On the is twice stenciled "D.O.SNOW"
