Description 
Stone rosette from facade of "1889 Building" at 3 School Street after this building burned on 21 February 2003. This is one of eight over the second floor windows on the school street side.of the building. 003A) It is a stone cylinder with one side flat of ease of placement. One end is roughly flat while the other end is also rough but convex. The convex end was exposed as a decorative element to the facade while most of the stone was buried in the brickwork. 003B) A photo of the facade of the School Street side of the building with notes showing where the rosette was placed. 003C) A small package of the mortar removed while cleaning the item.
