Record 442/1139
Description 
Eleven steel slugs 3.25" X .625" X .625" each with a letter formed on one small end. They spell "BUTLER&SONS" and were used to stamp the builder's name in the keel of boats - "E. R. BUTLER & SONS" The "E" and the "R" in Butler were used twice. Inscribed on one long side next to the maker's name is "1/2" and the letter formed on the end.
