Description	A pewter colored plate with a bas relief of the Spirit of '76 in the center, an American eagle wit spread wings an in its talons a banner with the words "American 1776 Independence." Around the sides and top are five scenes from the American Revolution. On the center panel on the back is engraved the Declaration of Independence.
