Description	A octagonal bronze medal without ribbon or case. On the face is an image of the old powder house,seal of the Town of Marblehead, a banner with Marblehead and a cross. On the four arms of the cross are the words Cuba, Porto Rico, U.S.A. and Philippine Islands. In the center of the cross is a scene with three men the one on the left is caring a rifle at port arms, in the center is a person on their knees and on the right is a person with his hands folded. The back is blank.
