| Description |
A mechanical counting device with a bell which appears to be used to count ballots when they were cast. Not in working condition. Parts seem to be missing and broken.
On the side is a paper label "Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Boston Aug 14, 1891 and other unreadable information and signatures. With is is a door broken off with hinges. |
