Each Black Notebook has been recorded on a CD ROM as well as the original notebooks. The original CD's (as well as DVD's) are stored in the Town Accountants safe. Another copy of the CD's is in the catalog. This CD is an additional copy of the files on the original CD(s), and is to be kept in a more accessible location. Each page has been photo/scanned and can be read from a CD (Compact Disk) using the software programs Paintshop Pro 7, Adobe Photoshop or similar photo viewing programs. |
