The same land he purchased from Else Goss on April 19, 1784. Signed & sealed by John Lewis X (his mark) and his wife Meriam Lewis X (her mark) Witnessed by Isaac Mansfield and Isaac Mansfield, Jr. Isaac Mansfield Justice of the Peace. The front has some pre-printed sections and filled in by hand, the back was handwritten. Registered in Registry of Deeds by John Pickering on April 27, 1801
