Deed of one undivided six part of a dwelling house and land on South Street from Mary G. Caswell (wife of Henry L. Caswell) to William Stanley. This was an inheritance as one of 6 children of her father, Sans Stanley. Signed & sealed by Mary G. Caswell and Henry L. Caswell Witnessed by Lame L. Trefry and Thomas P. Higgins Lame L.
