The insert states: "If you, dear sir, who receive this Catalogue, having found our seed reliable, will take on yourself the trouble to tack the poster enclosed, in the postoffice, store, or other most public place, and then forward this slip with your order for seed, we shall be very happy, as some return for your kindness, to send you, free of charge, a package of some one of our new vegetables. JAMES J. H. GREGORY & SON, Marblehead, Mass."
