Description 
A prohibition hand bill on red paper reminding the voters that not only must they vote No for licenses (presumably for the sale of liquor) but the must also elect a slate of town officers dedicated to the same end. It reads "Again we remind you that one without the other won't work" It then shows a pair of scissors not joined at the center with on labeled "No-license vote" and the other labeled "No-license town officers" On the back it reads "Fellow Citizens ! Marblehead will vote No! That is Sure! The license Men have only one Hope Left: to Split our Ticket. Let us be Firm. Let us vote straight. A free Caucus, a Fair Show for All, and then- Vote The Whole Ticket"
