It contains a list of the committees and participants. It also contains the program for each of the three days of the festival and the memorial service on Sunday August 24, 1947. The program starts on Thursday August 21 at Seaside park continues on Friday at Devereux Beach and Marblehead Neck, on Saturday with parades and Surf boat races.
