Page 1)This page contains The Masthead, (a newspaper term for info on the publisher, editors etc.) it also contains a note that CDR A. G. Robinson assumed command of the ship on 6 May 1940. It also contains three items of interest "Shipmates are builders of Morale," Who'd to Blame" by President Roosevelt, and "Strength of a Nation" referring to the Navy.

Page 2) This page contains a suggestion by the Sect. of the Navy that certain Vice Admirals have more rank and privileges. the bottom half of the page has nine "Tid-Bits of Thought."

Page 3)This page has a poem "It's in Your Face" and a comical description of a Yeoman's work titled "Navy's Strange People."
