D. Wainwright, Secretary; and J. M. Graves, Treasurer. The final meeting in this book was on March 2, 1911 with George H Barrett, Theodore M. Hutchinson and Charles F. Vincent then members. This contains details of the taking of Riverhead Beach and Fort Beach. The book contains many added pages glued in such as Public newspaper notices, letters, reports of Public Hearings, etc.
