Postal Service requestion a commemorative stamp of the painting "Spirit of '76" written by the Willard Museum Society of Cleveland, Ohio. this copy was sent to James R. Frost, 11 Village St. Marblehead, Mass 01945 on June 16, 1972. A. An unsigned copy of the petition B. A single page titled "Spirit of '76" written by Patricia Joan Small a Charter Member if the Willard Museum Society. It tell of Alden B. Hare's efforts to build a museum to Willard and the painting. But it does not mention Marblehead. C. A black and white copy of the version of the painting in the city hall of Cleveland, Ohio D. A photocopy of item "C" E. The envelope this material in which this material was mailed.
