Abstract Marblehead Jr. High Archives Historical Building Survey

The notable exterior features of this home are the warped roof; symetrical on front facade, H and L hinges, central chimney and a stone foundation. The interior has beehive oven, swing crane, wide floor boards, uneven floors and wide floor boards. Some of the people who lived at 24 Watson Street were important to the fishing industry. Henry Pease (the builder) and Christopher Codner were both famous fishermen. Beams, from ships, can be found in the house to show they were there.

There is an interesting article in the electives folder titled Highlights of 24 Watson Street along with some photographs.
