A booklet prepared by the Secretary of the Commonwealth, Division of Public Records which list all the cities, towns, townships and districts in the Commonwealth first by county and then alphabetically by name giving the date of the first mention in records of the state and "From what Established or Incorporated, Change of Boundary, Incorporation as a City, Extinction, etc., according to Records of the State"
Dates that are old stile are noted with an asterisk and extinct cities, towns and districts are printed in italics. |
