| Abstract |
This is a private case where William H. Chapman is complaining that Charles H. Swimm has built a wall, and a fence on top of it, and left debris on a 4' strip of land between Chapman's house at 5 Washington St and Swimm's house at 1 Washington St.. This 4' strip was an 2' easement established by each of the former owners of the two properties on Apr. 25 1928 to be forever unbuilt on to allow access to both sides for the making of repairs to the houses. |
