Abstract	A letter from Lausier & Lausier LLC To Jeremy R. Bombard about a mortgage given by Nancy P. Anthony and Marblehead Savings Bank to GMAC Mortgage, LLC together with: A summonds to Anthony and the Bank An agreement for Declaratory Judgement signed by Anthony and Lausier as attorneys for the bank. It appears that GMAC discharged the mortgage in error and these parers corrected the mistake.
