13B) A letter from Richard A. Collins. Jr. to the board of Selectmen naming James R. Frost and Bowden Osborne to be a subcommittee to advise the Selectmen on request for use of the image of the Spirit of '76.
13C) A letter from Richard A. Collins. Jr. to Paul Lausier containing a copy of the above A&B and a copy of the report by Robert A. Booth, Jr. (see below item F)
