| Abstract |
A legal size folder containing papers concerning the American Legion building on Pleasant Street and the Beachcombers Building at Fort Beach and a few other papers.
17A) A bill of sale personal property for the building on Front Street from the Beachcombers Dory Club to the Marblehead Post 32 of the American Legion dated 1940.
17B) A letter from The American Legion to the Selectmen reporting a vote of their members to sell the American Legion Building on Front Street (Beachcombers Dory Club building) to the Town of Marblehead and thanking the Town for the opportunity to support the Sea Scouts.
17C) A note from Harvey Berger to Mr. Green for his help in conveying the building to the Town.
17D) A copy of A bill of sale personal property for the building on Front Street from the Beachcombers Dory Club to the Inhabitants of the Town of Marblehead dated 1967, not signed.
