This 8 page handbook urges all local chairmen and committees to organize the Air Raid Warden Service in their communities immediately and begin the intensive training of its personnel. There is a newspaper clipping inside the first page from Col. George Hutchinson, an Air Pilot quoting him as saying Boston could be in Peril of Raid.
