(2) The New England Quarterly -A Historical Review of New England Life and Letters from December 2004 - The first article is "Soldiers... Bred to the Sea", Maritime Marblehead, MA and the Origins and Progress of the American Revolution. (3) a Christmas Card (no date) depicting the historical date of Dec. 25, 1776, Washington Crossing the Delaware. The young officer holding the flag is believed to be James Monroe, fifth President of the United States. |
