Record 5032/5355 Catalog Record Archives Exhibit Page Home Search Description  In Letters to the Editor from the Marblehead Reporter, Bob Booth responded to a comment from the May 20th Reporter. A comment was made regarding the old gravestone of Mrs. Miriam Grose by Mr. Myjer who had been hired to conduct a site assessment of Old Burial Hill. He mentioned in his report that it is "unique to find a stone that doesn't have a death date." Mr. Booth responded and tells the history of Mrs. Grose and her family. A great historical piece ending with the hope that we be respectful of the graveyard's historic character and of those who are buried there.
