Description 
A booklet of poetry by John Greenleaf Whittier. Eighty pages of which the first 29 are the poem Snow-Bound (sic). Pages 30 to48 contain the poem Among the Hills, pages 49 through 74 are called Songs of Labor and are poem titled, Dedication, The shoemakers, The fishermen, The Lumbermen, The Ship-Builders, The Drovers, and The Corn-Song. The final five pages contain advertisements for the publisher Houghton, Mifflin and Company. Each five lines of each poem are numbered and footnotes refer to lines which have obscure references.
