A B&W photo of the Lee Mansion, c. 1940. The photo is taken from the corner of Mason and Washington Streets, looking at the front of the mansion. On the back is stamped "Photograph by Arthur C. Haskell, Architectural Photographer, 21 Cedar Street, Marblehead, Mass." Dating of the photo is approximate based upon when the photographer (a well-known architectural photographer) was working, 48 stars in a flag over the Lee Mansion door and multiple power and telephone lines. |
