Marblehead Junior High Archives Historical Building Survey
Many well-known families of Marblehead lived in this house such as the Merritts. (Fisherman for whom a street is named). Also, the Ornes-there is a street named after them also. Marcia Selman, who wrote "Marblehead Forever" and has a street named after her and Ambrose Gale who owned much land in Marblehead also lived in the house. |
