Marblehead Junior High Archives Historical Building Survey Historical Importance: Shoe manufacturer lived in house circa 1825. Thought to be one of the oldest houses in Marblehead. A sea captain lived in the house circa 1866. He was Captain William Fettyplace. Interesting story about the Dwelling at 31 High Street in the Requirements Folder.
