| Abstract |
Marblehead Jr. High Archives Historical Building Survey
The researchers found out that John Andrews was the original owner from the Deeds Office. He sold the house to Jesse Blanchard for $300.00. He owned the house for eighteen years and sold it to Gameleil Harris in 1825. In 1834, Joseph Hooper and J. Murray bought the house and lived there for fifty seven years. After that, people called it the Hooper estate because Joseph Hooper lived there for so long. |
