Marblehead Jr. High Archives Historical Building Survey
Fifty-eight Orne Street is located near Little Harbor. Little Harbor was Marblehead's original settlement. It is located across from Fountain Park and adjacent to Burial Hill and near Redd's Pond. The Agnes Surriage well is off of Orne Street. This house has no deeds. Information concerning owners of the house was found through nosey books, town atlases and wills. The earliest will was that of Mark Messervey, dated 1859.
