Description
Marblehead Jr. High Archives Historical Building Survey The Middle Georgian style home at 9 Selman Street has many notable exterior and interior features. The researchers believe there are some mysterious things about the house in that John Hooper, the builder, bought the house back from N. Norden in 1726 and then lived in it 83 years. This would make him about 100 years old, very unlikely in the 1700's. It is more likely he gave the house to one of his children without a recorded transfer. *The colored slides are missing in this folder.
