Description
Marblehead Jr. High Archives Historical Building Survey The House History of 13 Waldron Court starts on page 27. It is informative and very interesting. It starts with the man who built the house - Benjamin Bowden - in 1768. In the 17th century, the house was part of a twelve acre meadow and was owned by the Andrews family. In May 1730, the lot was divided and it was at this time that Waldron Court was developed to benefit the lot owners.
