Description Photo of Humane Society of Mass lifeboat on a horse drawn wagon on Washington Street and Market Square. Most of the men in the boat have cork life vest. The buildings in the background are draped in bunting. It may be a parade. Strung between the two mast is a breeches buoy with a boy in a sailor suit sitting in it.
