Description A B&W photo of a large group of women (approx. 35) in a parade on Franklin St. Their clothing consists of a uniform with bloomers, tops with sailor scarves, pull-on hats with an emblem, boots/shoes with spats. All are carrying American flags (48 stars). the women are carrying signs, which include: "Col. Glovers Regiment", "No Joe King Here", "Wing Covering Dept.". Likely c.1914 - 1918 (WW1). The photo view is looking northeast on Franklin St. The picture is labelled "Burgess" on the back.
