Abstract A page from a scrapbook containing four news clippings.
The first is a photo of "Officers and Crew of S. S. S. Marblehead" the Sea Scout Troop in Marblehead. There are 4 officers and 21 members of the crew standing on the steps of the old post office on Pleasant Street. the caption reads: "They Will Have Excellent Quarters at Legion Hall Shortly After Improvements Are Completed"
The next clipping names the class officers at Marblehead High School presumably for the 1939-1940 school year. They are John Henderson, President; Phyllis Woodfin, Vice-president; Virginia Smith, Secretary; Charles Osborne, Treasurer; and Betty Bates, Historian.
The third is a photo of Arthur Carey, Herbert Carey and Brad Carey posing as the Spirit of "76 painting.
The last article is about the run of injuries sustained by a four football players playing the position of center. They are Jack Henderson, Dick Mulroy, John Wolfgram, and Albert Merrill.
