A printed copy of "An Address to the Voters of the Fifth Congressional District" by Frederick Robinson delivered on August 4th 1862. In this speech he gives his reasons for announcing his candidacy for the Fifth Congressional District and his political position and platform. In this booklet he goes into more detail about his life and political positions then in the July 4th address.
