Page 3)This page has a cartoon, information as to where the story of the USS Panay came from, several bits of gossip and a list of men transfered to other duty stations. Page 4) This page has a poem about the Laws of the Navy by Captain Hopwood R. N., two cartoons and two bits of gossip. Page 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9) contain the "Story of the Sinking of the U.S.S. Panay" as written by her commanding office LCDR J. J. Hughes (USN)
