Page 1)This page contains The Masthead, (a newspaper term for info on the publisher, editors etc.) it also contains an announcement of a Navy Day Smoker by the Sixteenth Naval District with boxing & wrestling matches, a note that the 12 water taxis at Long Beach California have been sold to the British to be uses for coastal defence, and a list of ships and yachts which have been assigned new names because of them being converted to different uses.

Page 2) This page continues a copy for an item on Manila Bay from the Worlds' Almanac 1936 and a description of the battle between the USS Kearsarge and the Confederate Ship Alabama off of Cherbourg, France on June 19, 1864.

Page 3) This page continues the new regulations concerning sailors who contract a venereal infection and a article about the future of the Navy with the prospects of many new ships being proposed and under construction.
