Record 449/1387
Description
B&W photo taken on Nov. 21, 1927, of a portion of the gravel pit in Marblehead, bounded by Lafayette St., Maple St., and an unnamed way. The gravel pit does not appear to have been used in a long time - there is a lot of brush and trashvisible. This location was across Maple St. from the former town dump. A Notarized document is pasted to the photo's backing which verifies the location and date of the photo. The photo was taken by Harold McIntosh, Photographer, and the notary was Richard Tutt.
