| Abstract |
This is a deed of exchange of two small strips of land on or near Back Street (now Elm street) between Josiah Nicholson and Thomas Doliber. One of the strips is part of the land Doliber formerly purchased from Else Goss who inherited it from her father Philip Tucker. All handwritten deed but not signed by either party. But there are seals attached. |
