Abstract Deed of land on Fore Street (Washington St?) and Back Street (Elm St.) from John Lewis of Newbury to Sarah Doliber. The same land he purchased from Else Goss on April 19, 1784.
Signed & sealed by John Lewis X (his mark) and his wife Meriam Lewis X (her mark)
Witnessed by Isaac Mansfield and Isaac Mansfield, Jr.
Isaac Mansfield Justice of the Peace.
The front has some pre-printed sections and filled in by hand, the back was handwritten.
Registered in Registry of Deeds by John Pickering on April 27, 1801
