Abstract Deed from Henry Kemp, Lois his wife, Levi Langley, Elizabeth T. Langley his wife, and Lewis Russell for a consideration of $450.00 give up their rights to the estate of John R. Russell. This does not include the rights of the widow, Elizabeth Russell.
The estate consist of the whole of the Mansion House etc, one undivided quarter of the Lovet house, one half of the Goldsmith house, one eighth part of the wharf and stores known as the Gilbertson, and a piece of land near the Mansion House set off for a house lot.
