| Description |
A section of telephone cable about 7.5" long and 1.5" in diameter with several hundred wires with colored coatings inside. This section of cable was one of the last pieces of cable removed from the wooden poles in the Bank Square and Market Square area of Marblehead in 2004 . This was a several year project to bury the overhead wires and remove the poles that held them in order to make the area look more as it did in the 1800's |
