Description

| A hand scraper used for dressing wood and removing dried paint. It consist of a wood handle with a metal swivel device (20.25" long), a scraper blade (3" X 4.5"), washer (2" diameter), and a wing nut. On the washer is stamped "The L. S. Starrett Co., Athol, Mass. U.S.A." |
