Abstract A letter from Louis J. Gulliver, CDR, C.O. of Constitution to Mayor, City of (sic) Marblehead, Mass. informing Marblehead that the Constitution would visit Marblehead from about 11 a.m., 29 July until about 5 p.m., 30 July (1931) depending on weather. This letter was sent from Portland, Maine on 17 July, 1931.
