Abstract 1961-004-06006A is an advertising handbill for a plan to sell a deed for an undivided part of Castle Rock Park for ten dollars which would permit the owner to have certain rights on the Marblehead Neck which the general public does not have. this plan was promoted by Joseph Martin.
1961-004-06006B is and envelope on which is written "Joe Martin's scheme for acquiring this property on which the picture was filmed" the picture referred to was probably "The Pride of the Clan" staring Mary Pickford and was filmed on the Neck in 1916.
