Description

| A B&W photo on the front of a real estate advertising card of the house at 11 Prospect Street. The photo is c. 1900. The back of the card has information about Sterling's Real Estate Agency and identifies the house as "Maude Brown Prospect St.", with some else having added "#11". The Marblehead Assessors site confirms that this is indeed 11 Prospect St., and that the house was sold in 1969 by someone with the last name of Brown. The 1968 Valuations book shows that the house was owned by E. Brown - likely Emery Brown, who also owned 15 Prospect St - which no longer exists. |
