Description B&W photo of 52 Washington Street, on the corner of Pickett Street, c. 1965. This is the Pedrick House, home of Maj. John Pedrick, a wealthy merchant. The house was built in 1756. The photo is taken from the corner of Pearl and Washington Streets.
