Description 
This is a pair of pliers wit an odd shaped jaws. One jaw is about .5 " long and comes to a point while the other is about 1.25" long and has a flat surface where it meets the other jaw and tapers down or away just beyond. The pliers are well made and heavy duty. There is a spring holding the jaws apart. One handle has a rest or stud to fit the space between the thumb and first finger. On the outside of the larger jaw there is a hole about .125 in diameter which is threaded inside and does not go completely through the jaw. On one side is stamped "Patent" and "1904" and on the other is "Forged Norwich Conn"
