Record 3478/5355 Catalog Record Archives Exhibit Page Home Search Description  Pickett House on 10 Franklin Street, was the home of famous sea Captain Richard James who was chased by the British in his merchant vessel. It has been a home for Marblehead widows for over 100 years since it was given to the Town for that puropse by Moses A. Pickett in 1854.
